BEACHES

The turquoise and warm waters of the Ionian Sea embrace the shores of Zakynthos and enchant with their clarity and purity. The beaches you can visit are endless, either by private car or by boat. The island's trademark is the impressive Navagio Shipwreck beach in the northern part, while a beautiful beach in an occult part of the west coast is Porto Limnionas, with its wild beauty, high cliffs and crystal clear waters. 

Equally famous is the southern coastline that is enclosed by the bay of Laganas and is part of the National Marine Park of Zakynthos. In the center of the bay we meetLaganas, the picturesque Agios Sostis, Porto Koukla and Kaminia with the pure white pebbles. On the west side, the exotic Marathonisi will charm you and on the east Sekania, Dafni and Gerakas are among the most beautiful sandy beaches; however, there are restrictions on water sports as they are habitats of protected species. 

A chain of beaches, one more beautiful than the other, adorn the eastern coastline of the island, where Banana,Porto Zoro,Tsilivi, Makris Gialos, Ammoudi,Alykes & Alykanas stand out.
